Deviled Eggs "Barbecue" topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolks
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp barbecue sauce (See barbecue sauce recipes here)
- Sliced into rings green onion
- Ground paprika
Preparation:
- Grind the yolks into a paste, mix with mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce and barbecue sauce, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the egg whites with the resulting mixture and sprinkle with green onions and paprika.
