Ingredients:
- 1.5 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1.5 cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tbsp. l. tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation:
- In a food processor, puree the pumpkin and chickpeas until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the pumpkin dip with chips.
Exit: 3 tbsp.
