Pumpkin gelato ice cream

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 0.75 cups sugar
• 0.5 tsp cinnamon
• 0.25 tsp nutmeg
• A pinch of salt
• You will need: ice cream maker

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, cream, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; season with salt. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to your machine's instructions.
