The Easiest Mini Cheeseburgers topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 900 g of ground beef
- 1 pack (12 pcs.) Hawaiian buns, cut horizontally in half
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 white onion, diced
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 12 slices of pickled cucumbers
- 12 slices American cheese
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup BBQ-flavored potato chips, crushed
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- In a large bowl, carefully combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons black pepper. Transfer the meat mixture to a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pressing it down with your hands to form a flat layer. Sprinkle evenly with chopped onion; lightly press the onion into the meat.
- Bake the patties until medium-rare, 15-20 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the finished patty from the baking dish and place it on a cutting board or plate; leave a few tablespoons of fat in the dish. Place the bottom halves of the buns in the baking dish. Spread them evenly with yellow mustard.
- Place the patty on the buns. Arrange the cucumbers on the sliders. Top with a layer of cheese slices, slightly overlapping. Cover with the bun tops, pressing gently.
Brush the tops of the buns with egg. Sprinkle with crushed chips.
Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, another 15 to 20 minutes.
- Slice the burgers lengthwise along the buns to separate them into individual sliders. Use a spatula to place each slider on the bun and serve immediately.
