BBQ pork ribs on the grill topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of pork ribs, cut from the loin (0.7-1 kg each)
- 3 tablespoons steak seasoning, such as Montreal steak seasoning
- 0.33 liters of beer
- 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
Preparation:
- Prepare grill for low heat.
- Remove the membranes from the ribs. Rub both sides of the ribs with steak seasoning.
- Place 1 rack of ribs on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Fold up the sides and pour half the beer over them. Seal the foil, leaving enough space in the foil to allow for steam to escape. Repeat with the remaining ribs and beer. Place the foil parcels on the grill and cook until the meat is tender, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Remove the parcels from the heat (leave the grill hot) and let cool for 5 minutes. Pour about 0.5 cups of the parcel liquid into a small saucepan and stir in the barbecue sauce. Heat the pan on the grill.
- Slice the cooked ribs into portions and grill until well-browned on both sides, brushing them with the barbecue sauce mixture. Serve the ribs with the remaining sauce in a separate bowl.
