Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen onion sets
- 700 gr. Brussels sprouts, cut thinly
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Chicken broth or white wine
- Honey
Preparation:
- Fry the onion sets in a shallow frying pan with butter and honey until golden brown.
Add Brussels sproutsSeason with salt and pepper, and cook until tender. At the end of cooking, add 5-10 ml of chicken broth or white wine and drizzle with a little honey.
