Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp almond paste
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter, room temperature
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 2 slices of white bread
- Blueberries or raspberries
- Powdered sugar
Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine almond paste, sugar, butter, egg yolk and almond extract.
Mix until smooth and spread on bread.
- Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C until the custard is crusty, about 6 minutes.
Place blueberries on top of the toast and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
