Edamame soybeans in pods with roasted garlic topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 450 g frozen edamame soybeans in pods
- 1/4 tsp dried sweet pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- Lime juice
Preparation:
- Cook the beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, until softened, then drain in a colander. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the pepper flakes and garlic, and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
Add edamame beans and a little lime juice to the pan, season with salt to taste.
