Berry tart in 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 100 g instant pudding powder with vanilla or lemon flavor
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 0.5 cup raspberry or blackberry jam
  • 1 tart crust, can be found in the baking section
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries or blueberries, optional
  • 6 large strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, optional

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the pudding according to package directions and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then stir in the orange zest.
  2. Spread a thin layer of both types of jam on the surface of the cake. Top with pudding. Garnish with berries and sprinkle with mint leaves, if desired.
