Ingredients:
- 4 cups of apple juice
- 1 tube cinnamon
- 3 whole cloves
- A pinch of salt
- Juice and zest of one orange
- 3/4 cup apple brandy or bourbon
- Orange slices
Preparation:
- Pour apple and orange juice into a saucepan, add a cinnamon stick, cloves, a pinch of salt, and orange zest. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from the heat and let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Once the time is up, strain the mixture into a pitcher and add apple brandy. Refrigerate the punch for 2 hours or overnight. Before serving, top the punch with ice and sliced oranges.
