Kale and Chia Seed Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 large juicy lemons without peel
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 large cucumber, washed
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

Preparation:

  1. Using the appropriate juicer setting for each produce, juice in the following order: lemon, apple, romaine lettuce, cucumber, and kale.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds, if using, and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve immediately, over ice if desired.
