Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries for Valentine's Day

Ingredients:

• 8 strawberries
• 1 cup crushed pretzel crackers
• 1 cup almonds
• 115 g tempered semi-sweet chocolate (preferably French Valrhona chocolate)

Preparation:

1. Divide the crushed graham crackers, almonds, and melted chocolate among the bowls.
2. Prepare a wooden serving board: cover it with a sheet of waxed paper. Dip the strawberries first in chocolate, then in the sprinkles. Serve immediately.
