Tokyo Ginza Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml of Absolut Citron lemon-flavored vodka
  • 45 ml Korean rice wine with black raspberries (bokpungja)
  • 60 ml of thick Korean liqueur Soju (or similar Japanese Shochu)
  • 30 ml of French Chambord liqueur made with blackberries and raspberries
  • Lemongrass and raspberries for decoration
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Fill a cocktail mixing glass with ice. Add all ingredients, stirring with a bar spoon. Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with lemongrass and raspberry.
