Ingredients:
- 7 cups pork rind cracklings, broken into bite-sized pieces (about 90g)
- 6 cups lime-flavored tortilla chips, broken into bite-sized pieces (about 6 oz.)
- 1.5 tbsp. corn nuts
- 1.5 cups honey-glazed peanuts
- 2 limes (zest 2, juice 1)
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Combine pork rinds, tortilla chips, corn nuts, and peanuts in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine lime zest and juice, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Pour the sauce over the snack mixture and toss to coat well.
- Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until the mixture is golden brown and almost completely dry, about 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool completely. Store in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days..
