Ingredients:
- 1,350 g of ground beef with 80% lean
- Vegetable oil for grilling

- 6 large round buns
- 6 tablespoons softened unsalted butter

Preparation:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grease the grates with vegetable oil. Place the ground beef in a large bowl. Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and 3/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
