Chickpea hummus

Preparation:

In a food processor, place the chickpeas, chickpea liquid, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, dried onion, onion powder, granulated garlic and 1 teaspoon salt. Blend until smooth.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups canned chickpeas, rinsed, reserve 0.5 cup liquid
  • 2 - 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1.5 tsp dried chopped onion
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp granulated garlic
