Pizzetta with Gorgonzola, Tomatoes and Basil topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 200 gr. pizza dough
- 100 g gorgonzola, crumbled
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn into pieces
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 245°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Using a 5-6 cm cookie cutter, cut out 18 circles from the dough. Arrange the circles on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with crumbled Gorgonzola. Top with tomatoes, gently pressing them into the dough. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Drizzle the pizzettas with olive oil. Sprinkle with basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the pizzettas on a platter and serve immediately.
