Healthy chocolate cream for decorating confectionery

Ingredients:

  • 10 pitted dates, chopped
  • 55 g sugar-free chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation:

  1. Soak the date pieces until very soft, about 5 minutes. Drain and transfer the dates to a food processor.
  2. Place the chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted and smooth. Add to the dates along with the heavy cream and cocoa powder. Whisk until smooth.
