Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolks
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup crumbled fried bacon
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (hot Asian chili pepper sauce)
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp lime zest, plus more for sprinkling
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt
Preparation:
- Mash the yolks into a paste, add sour cream, bacon, Sriracha sauce, cilantro, mustard, lime zest and juice. Season with salt to taste and stir.
- Fill the egg whites with the resulting mixture and sprinkle with lime zest.
