Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp (45 g) butter at room temperature
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 ears of corn, shelled (remove husks and silks)
Preparation:
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Rub the corn with the spice mixture, coating it completely.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil and place on the grill. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking. Carefully remove the foil and serve.
