Pomegranate punch with rum

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups of pomegranate juice
  • 3 cups lemonade
  • 1 bottle (0.75 l.) rum
  • 1 cup fresh berries, such as blueberries and raspberries
  • Lemon slices for decoration
  • Ice for serving

Preparation:

  1. Make an ice floe: Freeze water in a plastic container for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. In a large punch bowl, combine pomegranate juice, lemonade and rum. Before serving, add an ice cube to the bowl, stir well, and chill for at least 15 minutes. Garnish with berries and lemon wedges.
  3. Serve in punch glasses filled with ice.
