Refreshing pineapple-raspberry cocktail with rum topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 90 ml coconut water
- 90 ml. pineapple juice
- 30 ml light rum
- 2 leaves of fresh mint
Preparation:
- Lightly mash the raspberries in a pretty stemmed glass. Top with ice cubes.
- Pour in the coconut water, pineapple juice, and rum. Stir gently and serve with mint leaves.
Note
To make a non-alcoholic drink, replace the rum with 30 ml of sparkling water..
