Pina Colada cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cups diced pineapple, frozen
  • 60 ml. pineapple juice
  • 60 ml coconut cream
  • 45 ml white rum
  • 30 ml dark rum
  • 1.5 cups of ice
  • Pineapple wedges

Preparation:

  1. Place ice, frozen pineapple chunks, juice, coconut cream, white and dark rum in a blender and blend until smooth and snow-like.
  2. Pour the cocktail into glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges.
