Ingredients:
- 60 ml of cognac
- 1 teaspoon cherry liqueur
- 1 teaspoon orange liqueur
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Angostura bitters
- Lemon zest, cut into strips
Preparation:
- Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass, then dip in sugar.
- Pour cognac, cherry and orange liqueur, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters into a shaker. Add ice and shake thoroughly. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and add lemon zest.
