Caramelized cashews

Preparation:

Cook 1.5 cups (1/2 cup) of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, swirling the pan but not stirring, until dark amber, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons (30 g) of butter and 3 cups of salted cashews. Pour onto a greased baking sheet and divide into small kozinaki using two forks. Let stand until firm.
