Ingredients:

- 90 ml espresso
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar syrup, recipe below
- 1 and 1/3 cups whole milk
- Crushed ice for serving
Sugar syrup with cinnamon
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Special equipment: 4 small glass jars with screw-on lids
Preparation:
- Combine espresso, flavored simple syrup, and milk in a small pitcher. Fill each pitcher with crushed ice. Pour the latte mixture over ice and serve immediately.
Sugar syrup with cinnamon Place a saucepan over medium heat and combine the water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool the syrup. Leftover cooled syrup can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
