Cranberry-orange sauce

Ingredients:

  • 450 g cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • Zest of one orange, peeled into strips
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15-20 minutes. Cool. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
