Captain Handsome Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 45 ml of gin
• 15 ml. crème de violet liqueur
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 8 ml. limoncello liqueur
• Absinthe, for glasses
• Chilled sparkling water
• Preserved cherries in brandy, for garnish

Preparation:

1. Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Add gin, crème de violette, lime juice, and limoncello and shake well.
2. Strain the cocktail into a glass dipped in absinthe. Top with soda water and garnish with a cherry.
