Ingredients:
- 350 g chocolate, chopped
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup (240 ml) very hot strong coffee
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation:
- Place the chocolate in a blender, add the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Turn on the blender and blend until the chocolate is finely chopped.
- Without turning off the blender, pour hot coffee through the hole in the top and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into bowls or coffee cups and place in a cool place for 2-3 hours, until the chocolate thickens.
- Whip the cream with sugar and spread on top of the chocolate cream.
