Smoked okra pods topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 500 gr. okra (okra)
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Preheat grill to high, then reduce heat to medium.
Mix okra with vegetable oil, salt and paprika.
Thread the okra pods one by one, slightly spaced apart, onto 2 wooden skewers, lengthwise. Repeat with the remaining pods.
Place okra on grill and cook until tender and charred, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
