Sangria with passion fruit topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 bottles of dry white wine
- 3/4 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup French Triple Sec orange liqueur
- 3/4 cup sugar syrup (take equal parts sugar and water, heat until sugar dissolves and cool)
- 3/4 cup passion fruit puree
- 3 oranges, thinly sliced
- 3 green apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or up to 2 days. Serve over ice.
