White sangria with kiwi

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle (750 ml) of white wine
• 1 cup orange liqueur (French liqueur Cointreau, because it goes best with white sangria with kiwi)
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced ​​into rounds (reserve a few rounds for garnish)
• 2 green apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1 cm cubes
• 1.5 cups green seedless grapes
• 1 bottle of sparkling water (1 l.)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup of water
• Ice cubes

Preparation:

1. In a small saucepan, heat water, add sugar and stir until it dissolves to form sugar syrup.
2. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, orange liqueur, lemon juice, kiwi, apples, and grapes. Add simple syrup, sparkling water, and ice. Stir and serve in sangria glasses, garnished with kiwi slices.
