Ingredients:
- 450 g green beans
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 2 tsp. chopped tarragon
- 2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
- Combine green beans, garlic, water, and olive oil on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (450°F) for approximately 20 minutes. Remove the beans from the oven and toss with tarragon and mustard seeds, season with salt and pepper to taste.
