- 225 g butter
- 1 and 1/4 cups hot milk
- Ground black pepper
- 1 piece (450 g) of cooked ham or bacon
- 4 finely chopped green onions
- Chopped parsley leaves for garnish
Preparation:
- Steam the potatoes in their skins for 30 minutes. Peel them with a knife or fork. Before mashing, chop them with a knife. Mash thoroughly to remove any lumps.
