Hawaiian Lava Flow Cocktail topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 30 ml coconut syrup
- 60 ml. pineapple juice
- 45 ml of rum
- 1/2 cup ice
- Some cold vanilla milk (or ice cream)
- 45 ml strawberry puree
Preparation:
- Whisk all ingredients except the strawberry puree. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with strawberry puree.
