Mango salsa sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup peeled and diced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeño pepper
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped cilantro leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Combine the mango, cucumber, jalapeño pepper, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro leaves and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
