Tequila cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml of white tequila
  • 360 ml freshly squeezed pineapple juice
  • 360 ml lemon-lime sparkling water
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Preparation:

  1. Combine tequila, pineapple juice, soda water, pineapple and mint in a pitcher.
  2. Serve over crushed ice, garnished with fresh mint.
