Peach Cobbler in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients:

  • 170 gr. dark brown sugar
  • 100 g of oatmeal
  • 110 g of wheat flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp freshly ground allspice
  • 0.5 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature, plus extra for the slow cooker
  • 550 g frozen peaches, sliced

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, oats, flour, baking powder, allspice, nutmeg, and salt. Add butter and blend until crumbly. Stir in peach pieces.
  2. Grease a 3-quart multicooker bowl with oil. Add the mixture to the bowl and cook on low power for 3-3.5 hours. Serve the cobbler hot.
