Easy Grilled Cauliflower with Pop-Pop Sauce topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
- Olive oil for greasing
- 2 whole heads of cauliflower, stems trimmed
- Spicy Hungarian parika, for sprinkling
Sauce
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thai chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Lemon wedges for squirting with juice
Preparation:
- Preheat oven or grill for indirect heat to 200°C.
- Cauliflower:
Lightly brush the cauliflower with oil. If baking, cut into florets and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or nonstick foil. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and paprika, if using.
- Place the cauliflower stem-side down over indirect heat and roast until golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork, about 40 minutes. Bake in the oven until golden, 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.:
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha sauce. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the cauliflower into large florets and place in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over it and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with green onions, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve hot, warm, or cold.
