Tropical tea

Ingredients:

• 1 liter of water
• 1 large tea bag
• 0.5 cup sugar syrup (heat equal parts sugar and water until sugar dissolves, then let cool)
• 6 slices of star fruit
• 3 tablespoons of sugar
• Ice

Preparation:

1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil over medium heat. Place the tea bag in the water, then turn off the heat and steep the tea until it cools.
2. Mix 0.5 cups of sugar syrup with the tea and pour it into a glass jar. Grill the star fruit in a pan with sugar. When the fruit is caramelized, add it to the tea jar. Pour into glasses filled with ice and add one star fruit to each.
