Bourbon whipped cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Preparation:

  1. Whip the cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the bourbon and sugar and continue whisking until stiff peaks form when held upright. Chill the whipped cream and serve cold.
