Ingredients:
- 4 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- A pinch of sugar
Preparation:
- Combine the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream in a small bowl.
- Add celery seeds, vinegar, sugar, and a little salt and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots and toss. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator to chill, then serve.
