White wine and Lille cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 90 ml (6 tbsp) Lillet Blanc, very chilled
  • 90 ml (6 tbsp) Sancerre wine, very chilled
  • 1 strip of orange zest
  • Ice
  • 1 white peach, sliced, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Combine cold Lillet Blanc and Sancerre in a large chilled wine glass.
  2. Light the orange zest over the glass (squeeze the zest against a match; the oil will squirt out and ignite). The burnt orange oil will add flavor to the cocktail. Drop the zest into the glass. Add ice and garnish with peach slices.
