Ingredients:
- 90 ml (6 tbsp) Lillet Blanc, very chilled
- 90 ml (6 tbsp) Sancerre wine, very chilled
- 1 strip of orange zest
- Ice
- 1 white peach, sliced, for serving
Preparation:
- Combine cold Lillet Blanc and Sancerre in a large chilled wine glass.
- Light the orange zest over the glass (squeeze the zest against a match; the oil will squirt out and ignite). The burnt orange oil will add flavor to the cocktail. Drop the zest into the glass. Add ice and garnish with peach slices.
