Ingredients:
- 60 ml white rum
- 15 ml elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germaine
- 60 ml. pineapple juice
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 30 ml mango juice or mango nectar
- Ice
- Spiced rum
- 7 ml of grenadine
- Lime wheel for garnish
- Orange slice for decoration
- Pineapple wedge (unpeeled) for garnish
Preparation:
- Combine spirits and juices in a shaker. Shake well, then strain over ice into a tall glass.
- Top with spiced rum and grenadine. Garnish with lime and orange slices and a pineapple wedge.
