Grilled tropical fruits

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple
  • Mango
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Caramel sauce

Preparation:

  1. You don't have to peel the fruit—simply halve ripe bananas lengthwise and slice mango, pineapple, or papaya into wedges or thick slices. Brush with vegetable oil, then place flesh-side down on a hot grill and grill until tender, 3-5 minutes per side. Serve with a scoop of ice cream or drizzle with caramel sauce.
