Due Campari Nuovo Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 15 ml Campari
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15 ml orange liqueur
  • 120 ml Prosecco
  • Burnt orange peel twist, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Combine Campari, lemon juice, orange liqueur, and Prosecco in a champagne flute. Garnish with a twist.
  2. To make a burnt orange peel twist, light a match over a cocktail and squeeze a strip of orange peel over the match to release the oils. Drop the peel into the drink.
