Marshmallow Daffodils

Ingredients:

  • 3 green fish-shaped gummy candies
  • 1 cupcake with frosting (about 2 tablespoons frosting)
  • 5 mini marshmallows
  • Yellow decorative sugar
  • A little extra white icing

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fish almost to the tail, slightly open the "leaves," and place them on the cupcake. Cut the marshmallows in half diagonally and press the cut edges into decorative yellow sugar to adhere. Press 3 marshmallow halves onto each fish, close to the tail, securing them with additional frosting if necessary.
