Yogurt dressing with horseradish and dill

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pickled cucumber relish
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, relish, horseradish, honey, vinegar, and mustard. Add the dill and stir. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with broccoli salad or any other summer side dish.
