Ingredients:
- 350 g of green beans
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 tbsp. shaved parmesan
Preparation:
- Place the beans in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 5–7 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and lemon juice. Pour the dressing over the beans and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, sprinkled with shaved Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.
