Ingredients:
- 4 cups crumbled chocolate biscuit
- 1/4 cup glaze
- 200 g of milk chocolate
Preparation:
- Mix 4 cups of crumbled chocolate sponge with 1/4 cup of frosting and, using damp hands, form into 2-inch soccer balls (add more frosting if the mixture is too dry). Insert a popsicle stick into each ball. Freeze for about 30 minutes, then shape the balls.
- Dip each ball in melted milk chocolate (200g), place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set. Use white icing to draw lacing on the balls.
